We also collect service usage, device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookies, and diagnostic or security logs.

• provide, personalize, and maintain Ciyo’s design and generation features;
• authenticate accounts, save projects, and respond to support requests;
• protect users, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot performance; and
• understand and improve the service and comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and deliver AI generation features. They may process information only for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.

Support chat is provided by tawk.to and loads when you choose to open support. It processes the messages and contact details you provide, browser and page information, and cookies or local storage used to maintain the chat. Ciyo does not automatically send your account identity to tawk.to. You can also contact us by email.

4. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Ciyo, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Authorized Ciyo staff may open your projects to provide support, fix problems, and improve the service. Staff may also make a private copy of a project to prepare work for you. We record each such access.

5. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account details and control browser cookies through your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information.

Ciyo is not directed to children under 13. We may process information in countries other than your own, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. We will post changes to this Policy on this page and update the date above.
