1. Using Ciyo

By accessing or using Ciyo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ciyo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Your content and generated output

You keep your rights in prompts, files, brand materials, and other content you submit. You give Ciyo permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output and confirming that your use of it is lawful and appropriate before publishing or relying on it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Ciyo to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights, privacy, or intellectual property;
• create or distribute harmful, deceptive, abusive, or exploitative material;
• upload content you do not have permission to use; or
• interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Service availability and third parties

Ciyo may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Some features rely on third-party providers, and their availability or terms may affect the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ciyo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every output will meet your needs.

5. Ending use and changes to these Terms

You may stop using Ciyo at any time. We may restrict or end access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
